Highgloss Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Highgloss, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with membership.
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 globally. 2.2 Highgloss reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or organization at its discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1 Members are entitled to unlimited access to membership group via Geneva App, 4, 1-hour Live sessions/month, exclusive content delivered by the highgloss team, discounts to services directly with Sonia Elyss. 3.2 Highgloss reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time.
4. Membership Fees and Duration
4.1 The membership fee is locked in at the rate you selected depending upon date joined (ie, $24, $35 or other) per month. 4.2 Membership duration is at a minimum of 3 months. 4.3 Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 4.3 Membership fee is locked in for the term of your membership. Should you cancel membership and wish to rejoin, fees are reflective of the current rate and not honored at the previous rate.
5. Member Conduct
5.1 Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and objectives of Highgloss. 5.2 Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
1. Absolutely no bullying will be tolerated.
2. The core value of this community is to HELP each other. This is based on mutual respect and the idea that there is enough for everyone, collaboration > competition.
3. Be mindful of spamming the group with too many links. This is not an engagement pod but a place to find genuine support if you need it.
4. Follow 4 follow & Likes 4 likes is not a requirement here but we encourage you to connect outside of the group if you feel aligned.
5. Cheer each other on 🎉 Social Media & Content Creation is a difficult journey. Lift each other up!
6. Please refrain from “selling” in this group. If someone asks for a product recommendation and you include an affiliate link, please disclose.
7. Outright promotion of engagement pods or other growth tactics frowned upon by TikTok, Instagram etc. will result in your immediate removal from the group.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1 Highgloss reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. 6.2 Members may terminate their membership by unsubscribing via Stripe payment processing.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Highgloss will collect and use member information in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy].
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content provided by Highgloss is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 8.2 Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission. A violation of said intellectual property statement will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and will be subject to a court of law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Highgloss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership or use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 Highgloss reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
